Gallagher Ghouls

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I was able to hold off this long to post this, but I did, and now I'm bursting with the news...

I'VE GOTTEN ACTUAL EMAILS FROM ACTUAL READERS WHO ARE GOING TO BE DRESSING UP AS GALLAGHER GIRLS FOR HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

How happy does this make me?

Very, very happy.

I have been promised pictures, and if they come and if I get the permission from the girls and their parents I may post them.

That is, if it doesn't compromise their covers.

In other news, don't forget that next Tuesday is the day when LEARNING TO PLAY GIN will be released and also that's when I'll be posting the big cipher that will allow you to decode the title for the second Gallagher Girls book!

So check back soon.

Happy Halloween everyone!

Ally

ps...I can also officially mention that I'D TELL YOU I LOVE YOU BUT THEN I'D HAVE TO KILL YOU will be published in Chinese and distributed in Taiwan!

(In addition to Russia, Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand.) There are several other foreign rights deals in the works, so keep your fingers crossed that the Gallagher Girls may be coming to a store near you very soon.

The fact that people are going dressed as Gallagher Girls for Halloween is THE coolest thing ever. I think that should go on your list of reasons why you're cool(er) now.

OK, Ally, here's the deal (I'm the one, or one of them, who emailed you):

1.) My mom won't take me out to find a skirt. I do have a shirt, though, and I'm going to bug her to get me the vest. Yes, by tomorrow. BUT I do have a skirt that's knee-length and kinda blueish, so maybe I'll wear that although it's not blue plaid. Hey, we have to comprimise here, right? :) I'll try and get pics to you if I can find a skirt and convince my mom to bring to me to Target to get the vest thing.
Cheers,
Kinsey (I forgot the password to my blogger thing and I have to go get the vest so I don't have time to get it again right now)
