Gallagher Girls: the soundtrack

So I know a lot of other authors have put together playlists with songs that either inspired or at least accompany their books. I wish I were cool enough to do this but, alas, I'm not.

In fact, this is as far as I've gotten when trying to create a playlist for Cross My Heart and Hope To Spy:

--Love is a Battlefield

That's it. That's the list.

So today's question: what songs best suit the women of the Gallagher Academy?

it's up to you, guys. Don't let me down.

I figure, if you're going to use a Pat Benetar song in your soundtrack, you may as well throw in "Hit Me With Your Best Shot"
It seems fitting that a Gallagher Girl would say something like that.

How about that one "Brick in the Wall?" I think that's what it's called at least. It would fit in where the teachers are giving the girls a hard time.

"One Girl Revolution" it's by a band called Superchic[k]. It was in the Legally Blonde movie. Since then it's been in a few other movies. The band has also made a few differnt mixs of the song. It's my favorite song. *Dominique*

Ah darn it they beat me to Joan Jett. But if I picked one of hers, it would be "I Hate Myself for Loving You." Appropriate. I really like yours, and "Hit Me With Your Best Shot," and "One Girl Revolution." And hey, you don't need to write a playlist to be cool . . . the playlist will be cool if YOU write it. Haha. I wish you luck.

You REALLY need to use Teddy Geiger's "These Walls". I like it because it has a good rythum to it, and Cammie really should get out more.

FERGIE'S "big girls don't cry" that would be so amazing for the soundtrack because cammie was so sad when her and josh broke up
