Things I really want (But totally don't need)
I've never considered myself to be particularly materialistic. In fact, I've got one of the lower cost-of-living lifestyles of anyone I know. Seriously. I could live well on twenty grand a year.
But lately...
I WANT...
I mean seriously. I want these things. (Even though I totally don't need them.)
The Kitchenaid Ice Cream Mixer stand attachment
And let's not forget the Pickstitch Quilt and Sham set from Pottery Barn (in moss green).
And I really, really want to just go ahead and buy the second season of that BBC show, HUSTLE, on DVD.
Oh yeah, and how much am I dreading wearing my old coat all winter? How much cuter would I be in this one?
But my coat is still perfectly good. Like my car. But that doesn't stop me from drooling every time I see one of these. (The Acura RDX. But I'm waiting on the hybrid)
So do you see why I might be concerned? I'm being overtaken by greed.

I want a new bed. Mine is literally falling apart. And it's a single. It would be nice for a 25-year-old woman to have somthing a little more grown up. It's not like I'm living in a dorm room anymore. I'm saving my pennies to be a decent queen-sized set sometime this year.
I want a new bike, i love the one i have now, but the seat is at the highest it can go and i am hoping to grow soon so a new bike would be great.

Yeah i knwo what you want. I've been lusting to get a really nice camara lately so i can save memories from my school (I know sounds corny but TRUE) and friends and stop buying the crapppy disposables!!! That are expensive to get the pics.

well, i would love to get a phone because my mom accidentally lost mine when we were at an a amusment park and a bike since i don't have one and my moms has a tire that popped!! One cool thing that I would love to have would be that cool device that is a picture frame and u insert your memory card and it shows all your pictures one by one, that would be great since i love photography!!

I have a long list of books I want, and I fulfilled a small segment of my wish list through Amazon today. I also am lusting after a camera, seasons 4-6 of Buffy, seasons 1 and 3 of Lost, and the Tiffany necklace to match my earrings. I would like to have a bigger bed (much like the first anonymous, I am 25, and I'm starting to outgrow my twin) and my own car, because 25 is just too old to share with a sister anymore. The thing I want more than anything else though is a new job, either at a library or teaching. I had an interview a week ago that went great, but alas, they chose someone else.
I realy really really want your book Ally, but since that is imposible I want High School Musical 2 to come out sooner. But since that is impossible I want a horse. BUt since I have no chance whatsoever of getting a horse in the near future, I want a piece of chocolate to make me feel better. :)
I want to be able to decorate my room. The one I'm living in looks like an 8 year old lives in it. Oh yea and an iPod that dosnt freeze every 5 seconds.
We all are a little greedy sometimes. But that's perfectly healthy and normal. Just remember to stay sensible (although you deserve to splurge every once in a while)
I want to have enough money to buy all the books on my booklist (and there's at least twenty books on that). Ummm... I want to have my writing.com subscription be renewed for the year ($50) I want to receive more ARCs (possibly CMHAHTS **smiles innocently** ). And I want to meet more authors (like you!). And I really want to finish writing this novel. Oh, and I really really want my huge crush to ask me out.
I'm sooo overtaken with greed, but at least alot of it is in my control, or it's free.
Well I want to go back to camp in the British Virgin Islands. My 2 BFFs thousands of miles away to live with me. A boyfriend. A new camera. Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy!! I can think of a lot more but I'll stop before I bore you :)
Well...I want...
Cross My Heart & Hope to Spy, Lock and Key (Sarah Dessen), Extras (Scott Westerfeld), I wouldn't mind some iTunes credit, a pass to go lasertagging as often as I wanted, and I want to act in a movie, and...yeah - that's about it for right now. And of course, some good luck for high school which starts tomorrow...Aahhh.
*sigh
But I'll just have to make do for now I suppose... =)
