The Hulk
Do you know what a writer (or...well...this writer) gets to do when she finishes 20,000 words (see chart below)?
She gets to go see a movie.
What does she see (and by "she" I mean me)? The Hulk.
Who does she see it with? Jennifer Lynn Barnes because Jen just finished an entire book and she deserves to get to see A LOT of movies.
Why do they choose THE HULK? Because the first writer (that's me) loves Edward Norton, and the other writer (that's Jen) loves comic books.
Well, all I can really say is that there is a lot of shirtless Edward Nortonness (so I got my money's worth.)
There were also very long stretches of time when people were shooting at Bruce Banner who, when shot at, turns into a big ugly guy who is (evidently) bulletproof.
How do they respond to that?
By shooting some more.
This was a little perplexing to both Jen and me (and, by the way, it is Jen and Me and not Jen and I in this case since you wouldn't say "it was perplexing to I". No real point to this except that is my number one grammatical pet peeve since it's the grammatical pet peeve that seems to stem from pretension. And ignorance. My least-favorite combination.)
Jen and I would have just waited until The Hulk stopped being Hulky and shot him then. Or, we would have taken all the scientific data and blood that Bruce Banner left behind to make more Hulks instead of shooting the (bulletproof) Hulk. A lot.
But that's just us.
Still...shirtless Edward Norton? Worth eight bucks.
Okay.
To bed.

Holy God, that is a lot of words. Only 60% left to go. And then 14 more drafts. I haven't seen the new hulk movie, but judging by the previous movies, its being illogical is to be expected. I'm going to sleep now, since it's 4:21 a.m. (in my region). :D

HAHA now that sounds like a good movie...maybe I will go see it later. Good job on all those words in fact I can't wait to read those words.

There I thought you deserved some free Edward Norton for accomplishing 20,200 words on Heist:A Story about a Girl named Kat H:ASAAGNK as I've come to call it. =]
Hey,what happened to Mr. Clooney? It seems he hasn't called in a while now. Well, glad you're getting lots done. I'm also going to check on JLB's new book right now.
next time you can see a movie, if its anytime soon, you should see Meet Dave. Its so good, & kinda of funny.
what's the name of jennifer's new book?
I have to congrat you on the 40% marker. I think you deserve many movies as well but a "girls gotta do, what a girls gotta do."
Oh...and btw. ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!
Sorry for that random burst of joy.
I can't wait to hear the title!

Congrats Ally!
But I also have another reason for posting this, I'm inspired.
By Stephenie Meyer's quotes of the day.
Can you give us quotes of the day?
For Heist, or Kat (or whatever its being called these days) or gg3.
Gracias!
Sorry Ms. Carter, i know that this is my 2nd comment but u have a question: is kat going to be in gg3 and then have her own series of books? just wondering.
Ahhh! I just realized that you posted this on my birthday!! Hehe! Go me! I know a lot of people with my birthday. It's really weird.
Jex
Do you want to know what I think you should to with the most uncomfortable chairs and couch ever? I think that you should sell them on ebay. I'm serious, people will pay you so much for your couch! lol
Omg, saw it! You're right Ally. HOT!
