Mini blog: questions for the universe
--Why do designers/manufacturers even make purses that don't zip on the top?
--Why, after years of wanting a fireplace, do I have to live in a house with a fireplace that I can't even begin to be able to work?
--How in the world am I going to be able to control my fangirl giddiness when I meet Rick Riordan at NCTE next week?
--Will my publisher figure out I'm not nearly cool enough to be at the same house as Rick Riordan and kick me out?
--Will there be apples at the hotel in San Antonio where my publisher is putting me up and will I be brazen enough to eat one?
--What the heck am I going to wear?
--Is it possible that my hair keeps getting curlier? Cause, seriously. I don't think it used to be this curly.
--Will the new book ever have a title? Ever? Because I'm not so sure at this point.
--Will the new tights by Spanx be as awesome as I think they must be?
--Are my new boots comfortable or not and why-oh-why must I be so indecisive I can't even make a determination about the state of my own feet?
--How is it possible that Joshua Jackson got so much hotter between being Pacey and being the totally smart son of the mad scientist on Fringe?
--Am I the only person who thinks David Boreanez is way hotter on Bones than he was on Angel/Buffy?
--Are people going to like GG3? Cause I really, really need people to like GG3.

You have nothing to worry about with GG3. You don't lose your awesomeness after your first two books. So, you are all set. :)

everyone's asking a tooon of questions, and as long as GG3 gives us some answers (or just has zach in it. because, really, any book with zach goode in it is automatically going to be up there with edward cullen) will be amaaazing.

3. It's not possible to control fangirl-ness, but I would reccomend imagining ductape over your mouth so you stop... or using real ductape when necessary.
4. Of course not! You are amazing and your publisher would never kick you out!
5. I'm not sure if there will be apples, but I'm sure you could request some ;)
6. I suggest wearing clothes. Nice clothes.
7. I don't know if someones hair can get curlier, mine gets darker every year though.
8. You'll think of something, don't panic!
9. I don't know how amazing they'll be, but I know they'll probably be in fashion.
10. I think all boots are comfy unless they're too small. I think yours are probably comfy too.
11. I have no idea who you're talking about, but I don't watch TV so I'm used to it.

13. Almost everyone will like GG3. Almost means not including the haters who really love the book but say they don't :D
I already love GG3 and I haven't read it yet! and don't worry, the title will just come to you, hopefully it will come sooner than later but it will still come!!
I only know the answer to that last one, OF COURSE ppl will luv GG3 and if it was out already u'd know that but since its not...

gotta love gg3.. seriously, thinking about camping outside barnes and noble to get a sneak peek at it.
oh and hair does get curlier i have personal experience with that one, it was v. curly when i was little then got straight, i got a perm like 5 years ago and ever since then its just gotten curlier. :)
I have an answer about the purses.
It would be for people like me who carry waay to much stuff in their purse and end up breaking the zippers . so it's better for us to have no zipper:) That was all I could think of anyway (and I have broken 4 or 5 purses that way)

Well DUH we're going to write GG3! How can you even be so stupid as to say that Ally? When u r done reading this comment go and give urself a time out. That's an order. Oh, and don't stress about the title. The trick is, don't try to choose one that you think everyone will like, or that is really clever, or anything like that. The right answer will just be there. It will be the perfect title that matches the book perfectly. It is like that with all good books. That bad ones are the ones with the meaningless titles. (now go give urself a time out!)

I am already most positive that I am going to love GG3!
Ally, I have an answer to why your hair might be getting curlier! My mom's did too and she was just as confused! So, she asked her hair stylist and her stylist told her that for each year women grow after puberty their hair gets curlier for whatever genetic reason. She said this happened to almost every client she has/had. So there you go, an answer to that question!
Also, I know i'm going to LOVE LOVE LOVE GG3 so don't worry, i'm sure you other fans will too!

i'm pretty dang sure we'll all love GG3. haha absence makes the heart grow fonder, and we've been waiting for it for a good while, so i figure we'll love it no matter what...not to say that it'll be bad, it'll totally rock, just wait and see. NYT Best Sellers List, look out.

I'm not exactly sure the rest of those questions, but I do know one thing for sure: Everyone is going to LOVE GG3.
Riordan is wonderful and quite gracious with all kind of fangirl-ness. He used to teach middle school, so he knows how to deal with just about anything.
Bring warm and cool clothes to San Antonio. The weather here can change in a second. But it will be a blast. And take the riverboat ride if you can.
I love David Boreanez both as brooding Angel and as jovial Booth. Just depends on my mood.
And I can't wait for GG3.

Every one will love GG3. You're one of the best YA authors out there (Seriously.) Your books are clean (no language, drugs, catfights or other PG-13 and above materal. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find books with out those qualities? ) You're funny, your characters are normal. And best of all, your style rocks (which also is a hard quality to find in YA.)
