I know that I've said before that I don't like any spoilers when I sit down to read a new book in a series that I love, so that's why I am usually hesitant to post anything about upcoming Gallagher Girl books here.
However, I know that not everyone feels that way, and that's perfectly fine. Usually, I can justify not posting because I know that the back cover copy is going to be available on the back of the books themselves and also on the usual online book review and sales websites.
But the strangest thing has happened with the DON'T JUDGE A GIRL BY HER COVER synopsis that's making its way around the internet: it's the wrong synopsis!
I've spoken about it with my wonderful agent and editor, and we're taking steps to get the correct synopsis up in all the places where it's needed, but that process could take a very long time, so in the meantime I'm going to go ahead and post the official back cover copy here for anyone who is interested.

I got to "When Cammie...." and stopped to say "OMG I'm so excited!" okay back to reading.
So good. I can't wait. I can even see the girls being a year old.

I have read ALOT of books in my life and the only book that has even come close to being as good as yours is Violet Raines Almost got Struck by Lighting so reading that just killed me with curiosity.

is it just me or does that sound a little like in the "first day" thing in the B&N CMH? When Bex and Liz are wondering who will be their fourth roommate? They think it's going to be a diplomat's daughter being chased by terrorists or something. Anyone?
I am so ecstatic about the book it's not even funny! When i read that part about "old flames" coming back all i could think about was Josh and Zach. But mostly Zach!!!
i can't wait to read the third book.

Ally, Im so glad you posted this,I came across the synoposis on the internet by accident and it was a little different from this one, but it sounds exciting, and it seems theres a different kind of twist to this one than with the first GG books. I am hoping that it still continues with things from the previous books (Okay, I admit it, when I mentioned that the first thing that came to my head were boys,)I cant wait to see whats in store for Cammie in this book.
I also wanted to say that I think you're amazing, I never used to be a very keen reader, after being forced to read certain books in school, I gave up all hope on finding a book I could actually enjoy. That was.. Until I read Love You, Kill You. It was so different from anything ive ever read or even watch on tv, I loved how Original it was, and I fell in love with the whole teenage romance side to it, but I was also surprised at how much I enjoyed the whole action side to it, the life of a spy, I would have never thought I would have enjoyed both those things put together into a book but I did! I can honestly say you're the reason I got into reading, because you give Young adult literature hope for people like me, and ive since read many other books, including the popular and not as popular, ut I have to say, none have been as close to my heart as the GG books have, and after I finished hope to spy, all I could think about was 'What if she doesnt continue the series?' and you have no idea how relieved I was when I found this website and found out you dont plan on ending the GG adventures anytime soon.
The next.. 4 months? Will be absolute torture, waiting for Dont judge a girl by her cover. Ally, you are my hero (:

And skipping over the DJAGBHC summary took all my strength but i am not going to spoil the book. This doesn't really have much to do with your blog, but I was wondering if you could help me with something.
I have been writing this book, and it's great, but I don't have enough to say. From your older blogs, I thought I'd end up with too much in my book. There is lots of detail, and I did what you said when it came to getting out of a scene as soon as I can. So now the book flows and sounds good, but it's really short.
Please try to help! Maybe you could post a blog for me or something?

Not to offend anyone but i love Zach so much more than Josh. I like the bad boy. In every book I've ever read. Exs. Jacob in Twilight instead of Edward, Chuck in Gossip Girl instead of Nate, Adrian in Vampire Acadamy instead of Mason...Btw all are very good books and I'm pretty sure are in the YA genre. But ya'll knew that about Twilight.

I have stayed up till just about 3:00am when I had school the next day, reading your books!! Just a few things to say today. First, the good news:I MUST SEE THE MOVIE WHEN IT GETS MADE!!! Now here is my bad news for today.Ally, I now officially hate Cross My Heart. WHY was the beginning (well, it might not be the beginning, but the a part of) Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover put in the back of Cross My Heart? btw, iv noticed a lot of people want zach and josh to come back, and i do too, so cammie can choose one of them. personally, though, i like josh better- he's really sweet. zach is kind of annoying- its like he has multiple personalities.

omg! ok. cam and zach r beastmode together bex and grant pretty beast as well. liz and jonas beasties! bahaha! anyway... i am like so excited for june 9! and after i read the twilight saga my friend told me about as few othere vampire(licious) series. so my mom said no more vampire books, so.... now its spy books and they go beastmode!!
There is one problem with this series.

I am a very big reader and I love your books. I kown this man he owns a restraunt called Elizabeth's and he said he knew you some how. I am very excited for Don't Judge A Girl By Her Cover to come out. And from the last book, I have decided if Zach is not in this book he will be in a later one. Because how when Cammie asked if she would ever see him again and well his answer kind of suggest she will see him again. As I said I am a hugh reader, I have always loved vampire books such as Twilight, Vampire Academy, and The House Of Night series your book really stood out from the non- vampire books and for me to say that is great for you. I am so glad you are writing this book.
