Prefect Holiday Present Available December 6th
Two big things are right around the corner. That's right, it's almost time for both the holiday season and the release of my first book!!!!!
Cheating at Solitaire—in stores December 6th!!!!!!!
Is it coincidence, you may ask, or is it fate, that has brought Cheating at Solitaire to bookshelves right during the heart of the holiday shopping season? I don't know. But what I do know is that it would make a great gift and here are just a few of the reasons why:
* It fits well within the "I really should give you something, but I don't want to spend a lot" range of $12-15.
* Those girls you work with, do they really need another scented candle?
* You could buy a scarf or pair of gloves, but you don't know the people making the scarves and the gloves, but you do kind of know me and giving someone my book is like giving me a present too-see... two presents with one purchase!
* It doesn't have the same "you must think I smell bad" connotation that comes with scented body lotions and bath oils.
* You never have to worry about how it's going to fit through the hips.
* Romantic Times, called it "Wickedly funny* going where few chick lits dare..." and who doesn't appreciate the gift of laughter?
* Chocolates are a great gift until they melt or make you fat. CHEATING AT SOLITAIRE will do neither.
* It's clean enough to give someone older, and fun enough to give someone young, and fast-paced enough to give someone who swears "I just don't have time to read anymore."
* It fits easily inside your average stocking.
* It's rectangular with nice sharp corners, so it's also easily-wrapped.
* Its lightweight design means that you can carry ten to twenty copies at one time without risking physical injury (try saying that about the new Harry Potter!)
